  • As a Support Analyst, you will provide Level 1 and 2 support for the production environment. This will give you the exceptional opportunity to take responsibility for the central operation of production-critical IT systems and server platforms in international plants
  • You will collect and document the necessary information during business incidents
  • You will quickly resolve critical incidents or escalate them if necessary
  • You will be in close contact with the Level 3 support team for prioritisation and escalations
  • You also become a central part of the problem management. Server administration activities, performing database backups and handling recovery issues are also part of your duties
  • Proactively monitoring the network, devices, operating systems and application software within such a production-critical business environment requires a 24/7 shift model


  • 2+ years of hands-on experience in one of the following areas:
  • Windows Server Administration
  • Linux
  • High awareness of ITIL processes (incident, change and problem management)
  • Desirable: Knowledge of networks, firewalls and domains; SAP, databases, applications, storage, backups, other Linux variants are additional bonuses
  • We are looking for candidate who live in the Stuttgart area and are willing to go to the office on a regular basis
  • The person is going to work in a shift system (6 days mornings – 4 days off – 6 days late- 4 days off – 6 days night -4 days off - …)
