Job Description:
- Installing and maintaining Windows systems within a client’s digital environment.
- Identifying and resolving user’s issues in a timely manner.
- Onsite and remote customer support.
- Installing and configuring Windows OS.
- Managing overall administration of Windows System and Windows Server applications
- Help Desk team management, troubleshooting Microsoft office, android tablets
- Hardware and software upgrades
- Virtualization technologies (VMWare Esxi, Hyper-V)
