Job Description:


  • Installing and maintaining Windows systems within a client’s digital environment.
  • Identifying and resolving user’s issues in a timely manner.
  • Onsite and remote customer support.
  • Installing and configuring Windows OS.
  • Managing overall administration of Windows System and Windows Server applications
  • Help Desk team management, troubleshooting Microsoft office, android tablets
  • Hardware and software upgrades
  • Virtualization technologies (VMWare Esxi, Hyper-V)
